What resources does ACEF offer?

ACEF offers a wide variety of resources from research articles to professional literature and anywhere in between.  The resources cover many topics including planning, design, construction, improvement, maintenance, financing, and operations.  Each topic is intended to serve professionals in early childhood, K-12, and higher education settings and can be further classified to meet the specific needs of building principals, architects, building contractors, sustainability coordinators, facility managers, and security directors.

How can I submit a resource to be included on the ACEF website?

Resources can be submitted using the “Submit a Resource” form located in the “Forms” section of the quick links at the bottom of the ACEF Home page.  The resource will be reviewed by three reviewers to assess if the resource possesses the merit required to be included in the resources section.

What are the guidelines for resources to be accepted by ACEF?

The resource should be applicable to at least one category and one role in the resource section of the ACEF website.  Once submitted, a team of research assistants will analyze the resource for quality and determine if it meets the requirements for publishing on the ACEF Clearinghouse website.

How can I submit a manuscript for submission in the ACEF Journal?

To submit a manuscript two copies of the manuscript should be sent as an email attachment to Ortiz@acefacilities.org; one copy will have all self-identification information removed to facilitate the “blind” aspect of the review process and the other copy will be retained by the Journal for additional reference by the Editor.  All manuscript submissions must be submitted in Microsoft Word (or Word-compatible) format (.DOC, .DOCX).

How can I add an event to the ACEF calendar?
